Stereotypes of the Saint Monkeyian people are found in several cultures. Many relate to the name of the country, and many relate to the people of Saint Monkey themselves.

Positive

Polite and Welcoming

Saint Monkeyians are generally associated with being polite and welcoming, especially with tourists that visit the country. In many countries, there's belief that any Saint Monkeyian will help you in their country, offering you to stay at there home overnight with no fee. They're not known as being posh, but are known to be very kind and friendly with strangers, in a relaxed tone. It is beleived that Saint Monkeyians always use the words "dude", "bro", "bud" and "man" when talking to people. Extreme versions of their informality suggest they say social media acronyms such as "lol", "wyd" and "xD".

Optimistic

Saint Monkeyians are seen as very optimistic in international cultures. One of the main reasons is due to the lack of emotional ballads songs in the music industry in Saint Monkey, and most of the songs being happy and upbeat. However, there is a decently sized ballad music industry in the East Tropchimps and San Calichimpington regions. Saint Monkey's optimism may have also come from the 2nd Teriiblean War after a speech by Saint Monkey X which was unintentionally bradcasted in several other countries than intended, as their Emergency Alert System interfered with other countries broadcasts at the time. This speech was during the Battle of Glastopia, where the capital of Gladiston, the main country involved in the conflict, was nearly taken. The speech involved staying resilient, never giving up and staying strong, even when families were losing sons and daughter, wifes and husbands, and everyone else. This gave foreigners a perception that the Saint Monkey people are very optimistic, and can find the best in any situation.

Bilingualism

In many countries, they believe all Saint Monkeyians speak 2 languages. They do not, however, approximately 90% of Saint Monkeyians speak 2 languages, around 80% speak 3 or more, and it continues going down, with around 12% can speak 8 or more languages. People also say that Saint Monkeyians change language mid-sentence, however in a study by the Tropislington University, it was found that 75% of people prefer to speak English on a daily basis, compared to other languages. This is why the majority of happenings in Saint Monkey such as film, literature and music are normally first produced in English.
