The 1932 Trenadian coup d'etat, also referred to as the Integralist Revolution and Revolution of 1932, involved the overthrow of the Trenadian government led by Salomon Aguilar by the National Army in support of the Integralist Union. The coup took place in Osorio, on 1 August 1932 at 1:50 PM, when the rehearsed coup was attempted by surrounding and threatening an attack on the Palacio do Triunfo, which was occupied by several government members after a reunion. The military took control of the palace and arrested the leaders temporarily, creating a junta government which would then give way for Roberto Gonzales to become president eighteen days later.
