The Valkean Armed Forces (Valkean: Asevoimat) are the combined military forces of Valkea. It is responsible for the defense of Valkea, promoting the country's wider interests, and supporting international peacekeeping efforts and humanitarian aid. The Valkean Armed Forces are comprised of three service branches: the Valkean Army, Valkean Navy, and Valkean Air Force. In addition, they are supported by the Valkean Border Guard and the Valkean Coast Guard.
The President of Valkea serves as the commander-in-chief of the Valkean Armed Forces, while executive authority is given to the Prime Minister and his cabinet ministers. The Ministry of Defence oversees and implements the country's defense policy and is responsible for funding, procurement, and operations.
As of 2022, the Valkean Armed Forces have 203,600 active personnel, along with 316,400 reserve personnel.
