Haliburt (/ˈhæl[invalid input: 'ɪː']ˈbɜːrt/ HAL-i-burt) is a consolidated city-county, the capital, and second-most populous city of Josephinia behind Port Royal. With 314,503 inhabitants as of the 2023 census, it is the second-least populous capital city in Elia Borealis after X. Haliburt is a satellite city of the Upper Sequaneake Metropolitan Community, the most populous metropolitan area as well as the economic and cultural center in Josephinia, and the fourth-most populous metropolitan area in Elia Borealis.
