Xin Quai, officially the Republic of Xin Quai and formerly known as Sinkai, is a country located along the eastern coast of Kimena.

Founded by the Le Dynasty in 1737, the nation expanded from its small northern enclave in a series of campaigns to encompass the vast territory it holds today. During the 19th century, Xin Quai came under the influence of western colonial powers such as Herastadt, Prokhogorsk and Volain. In the mid 20th century the Le Dynasty were overthrown by the Patriotic Triumvirate, composed of Generals Dao Ma Tsang, An Xei Fali, and Li Guo Qiyan, resulting in the establishment of the Republic.

In 1981, Xin Quai became a democracy with the chartering of the national constitution. Since this time the nation has been a leading party of the advancement of democracy in Kimena, founding the Kimenan Democratic League in 1983.
