The Korps Marechaussee is one of the two national police forces of Atmora, alongside the Federal Police and one of the five branches of the Atmoran Armed Forces. The Korps Marechausseee are a gendermarie force performing military and civilian police duties, the Marechaussee is a unique branch of the Atmoran Forces due it being placed under the jurisdiction of the Department of State Security—with additional duties to the Department of National Defence.
