The Asgar Civil War also known as The War of the Griffins is an ongoing multi-faction civil war in the Empire of Asgareth which began immediately following the assassination of General Edmund De'Lance the former ruler of Asgareth. Direct armed conflict only started several hours after the assassination with the Battle of Shang Palace being the first direct confrontation between two factions of the civil war.
