Patrik Maria Kalùza (Leco-Osonian: Patric Maria Calüusa) was the first President of Lecistan from 2 May 1965 to 5 November 1969, as well as leader of the National Party. Born in Ricérzów in 1929, Kalùza gained political power during the reign of Krësztof I, being appointed to leader of the reformed National Party in 1965 and won the 1965 general election a few months later. His presidency is often considered a failure, due to the fact Kalùza encouraged bribery and sectarian tactics in his party, leading to the dissolve of the Royal Chamber and the lose of his title in 1969. He returned to the Royal Chamber as deputy of Sëcz from 1971 to 1975, losing his seat in the 1975 general election. He passed away on 8 March 1999 from lung cancer at the age of 70.
