Lev Gincburg (5 June 1853 – 21 February 1916) was a Luepolan politician and Communist demagogue of Isheri descent who served as the last president of the First Republic of Luepola, the first chairman of the People's Republic of Luepola, and the founder of the Socialist Internationale. He is credited worldwide for bringing the Communist ideology to the forefront of global politics.
