The Richtendorf-class cruiser, sometimes referred to in foreign literature as the R-class, was a class of light cruisers of the Englean Imperial Navy. This class broke away from the traditional designs of the Imperial Navy, adopting the first of the Projekt Pazifik designs made to operate within the oceans surrounding the Empire of the Tao. These ships also were designed to be easily produced and deployed, to meet the needs of the Imperial Navy in the campaign against the Taoist Imperial Navy.
