Nakshatra Pandya (born 14 January 1951) is a Bhasari politician serving as Chairman of the Revolutionary Socialist Party of Bhasar and President of Bhasar since 2007.
Pandya was born to a lower middle class Tangbi family in Sigari in 1951. Owing to his father's wishes for him to leave Bhasar after the 1960's political crisis, Pandya moved to Apelia in 1970. He claimed Apelian citizenship and attended the University of Saint-Beaune, studying politics.
