The Revolutionary Socialist Party of Bhasar (PSR) is the founding and ruling party of the Socialist Republic of Bhasar. It has been the sole legal party in Bhasar since 1992. The PSR is ordained as the "primary political force" of the country under Bhasar's constitution. It is the largest political party in the world with 215 million members and directly controls the world's largest armed forces, the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Bhasar.

The RSP was established in 1933 by Maha Sirasikar during the period of Apelian colonial rule in Bhasar. It organized itself as an anti-imperialist, Bhasari nationalist party with the aim of achieving independence from Apelia. The party quickly rose to prominence and made itself the largest political force in the colony. Its members authored the Declaration of Independence in 1948 and the constitution in 1950, establishing Bhasar as a socialist republic under the leadership of the PSR.

Unlike many far-left parties, the PSR officially repudiates communism and associates itself solely with socialist ideology. The party identifies with revolutionary socialism, scientific socialism, and vanguardism. It organizes the economy as a "socialist market economy," which uses elements of state socialism and state capitalism. The PSR is an active and founding member of the International Association of Socialist Parties.

The RSP is organized on the principle of democratic centralism. The party is led by the nine-member Central Committee, which is led by its Chairman. Its party congress, the Revolutionary Assembly, convenes every six years and elects the Central Committee. In practice the Chairman of the RSP also serves as the State President of Bhasar, and the Vice Chairman as the Premier. The current Chairman since 2007 is Nakshatra Pandya.
