The President of Visoclesia (Visoclesian: Претседател на Визоклесија Pretsedatel na Vizoklesija) is the head of state of Visoclesia, fulfilling the role of head of the executive and commander in chief of the Visoclesian Armed Forces. The position was established in 1935 with the passage of the Visoclesian Constitution which solidified the independence of Visoclesia from Poliania, replacing the Emperor of Poliania as nominal head of state of the territory. Since its establishment, the post of President has been democratically elected in a direct manner, over two round in the case of a runoff election. The first President of Visoclesia was Nicolaos Kovachev, leader of the Visoclesian Partisans during the Great War and father of Visoclesian independence.
The current President of Visoclesia is Apostol Zlatarev of the Visoclesian People's Party, who was elected in 2010 and re-elected in 2015.
