The Jingchatuan (警察团 was a military police arm that operated on the planet of Calagains as apart of the Lijiang Organized Force of Calagains. The Jingchatuan was also an anti-espionage and counterinsurgent arm to prevent the Akannite that lived in occupied territory from revolting. The Jingchatuan was the only arm of the Organized Force that reported directly to the Strategic Council, however their ground operations were typically handled by the Calagainian Military Council. Under the command of the First Class Jiang Li Zeshu, the Jingchatuan worked to report how conditions were when on a different planet that required a special covert operations command, unlike the Campaign of Lesath. Under the Calagainian Military Council, orders concerning ground operations were issued by Shangwei Tao Jianwei.

The Jingchatuan were also expected to fulfill combat related roles when called upon by the Calagainian Military Council.
