The interim government of Thermodolia was founded on 10 April, 1890 by Joseph Boltzmann. Joseph Boltzmann decided that corporations should not rule over the people and that the people of the nation should pick their own president though democratic means. His only way of doing so was to create an interim government that would be tasked with creating a new democratic constitution. In addition to creating the constitution the interim government was also tasked with governing the nation and ensuring that all elections for the new nation where democratic, free, and fair as possible The interim government was dissolved on 12 October, 1898.
