Atha, officially the Federation of Atha, is a small landlocked nation located in the southern hemisphere of Anteria. The country is infamous for its civil war from 1991-1995, which ended with atomic bombings by both sides and led to the complete collapse of central government until the establishment of the current government in 2000. The country continues to rank low internationally in health, education and income outcomes and its population and economy have yet to return to their pre-war levels.
