The Cacertian Solaris Air Fleet (abbreviated CSAF) is an air fleet formation of the CRAF based and headquartered at Joint Operations Command, Solaris in Shalum. It is the Royal Air Fleet’s newest air fleet formation having been established in May 2019 following the completion of the facilities in Solaris. The CSAF is the forward element of Cacertian air forces in Shalum.
The mission of the CSAF consists of three parts. Firstly, it plans, conducts, controls, and coordinates air operations for Cacertian Eracuran Command. Second, the CSAF maintains a level of readiness necessary for the completion of directed military operations. And lastly, it assists in the mutual defense of Shalum.
The current commanding officer of the CSAF is Aerial Admiral Valerico Rassi.
