The Isodoric puritans were Akannus K'vari Councillors and K'vari Severibi during the First Ioselian Era and the Second Sphiridonic Era who objected to the ideas that were proposed by Ioselia the First and the ascenion of Sphiridon the Second to the position of K'vari Sabaphos Mepe. Isodoric puritans maintained the reformations and legal precedent that was established by Isodore the First and sought to reverse the First Ioselian Interpretation of Imedio Honour. Isodoric puritans were a large factor as to the failings of Ioselia the First and later became loyal to Abiathar the Second, known then as Metsnieri Abiathar the Patriarch.

Isodoric puritanism originated during the initial writing of the First Ioselian Interpretation of Imedio Honour, in which Ioselia attempted to remove legal protections for those who did not swear themselves as more than protectorates of the Order of K'vari. This included the Highlander Society, Ochamchiran Polity and the Assembly of Free Southern Noir. This included the legal protections of the entities and the citizens within them. This legal protection was put in place into the First Isodoric Interpretation of Imedio Honour as a result of the Ochamchiran Congress.
