Aung San Thuriya Senior General Zaw Sein Arkar (ဇဝ သေးဣန အရကရံ; 16 April 1895 – 19 August 1983) was a Bethausian politician and military officer who is known to be the commander of the Free Bethausian Army of the East during the Second Europan War. After the conflict, he was made President of the Bethausian Anti-Imperialist Freedom League, Speaker of the Pyithu Hluttaw, Minister of Defence and Minister of Education.

Death
Arkar died in his home in Aungpyaw on 19 August 1983, aged 88. A state Buddhist funeral was held for him a week after in the capital, his long-time friends Archibald Sugiyama and Tsukuyo Kushineda being attendants.
In his last will, he gave his prized coin of Alexander II Zabinas to his Sugiyama.
