Azanami (KS: あざなみ), officially the Grand Duchy of Azanami (KS: あざなみ大公国, Azanami Dai-kōkoku), is a landlocked country in eastern Komashi, and part of its confederal kingdom. It is bordered by Kaslana, Zaychik, and Sakura to the north, Hanabi and Maikaze to the west, and the two countries of Mirai and Vozlisch to the south. Its capital is Kuriyama, and its largest city is Aoisetsu, directly across the border of Hanabi, forming the Aoisetsu-Maaya Metroplex.
