This is a list of heads of government of Slirnia. Throughout the history of the country and its various stages, Slirnia has had 14 heads of government and a period of three collective presidencies; the head of government today is called Premier of Slirnia and its position is voted both by universal suffrage and during the investment ceremony in the Parliament. Since the establishment of the Republic of Slirnia, there has been 6 Premiers. Željko Đukanović from the Sotirian Democracy has been the Premier that exercised the position for the most time between 2005 and 2015.

During the Socialist Republic of Slirnia, the position of Premier and head of government was called Chairman of the Council of Ministers and between 1936 and 1979, period in which the SRS existed, there were 8 office occupants and in total, three political parties were represented. The Chairman that had the longest prolongation in the office was Slobodan Bijedić for more than nine years, as the first member of the Communist Party of Slirnia to exercise the position, Slobodan led the SRS under a more authoritarian and isolationist vision than its Socialists predecessors; Bijedić was followed by Ratko Vukašinović and Pavle Vukomanović, the two also from the Communist Party of Slirnia, who ruled the country in a similar way but gradually giving more concessions to democratic values. The last Chairman of the Socialist Republic of Slirnia is considered to be Pavle Vukomanović, although legally, it was Petrija Kuzmanović from the Socialist Democratic Party (predecessor of the Social Democratic Party) who led the country on its final days before the establishment of the Republic of Slirnia with the new Constitutio coming in force the 1 January, 1980.

In the period between 1980 and 1995, commonly called transition in Slirnia, the powers of the head of government were concentrated in the collective presidency. In 1995, the country celebrated a special referendum to change the Constitution and create the position of Premier; the first office holder was Petar Havlíček from the Sotirian Democracy. Since then, the three most important political parties have hold the office: the Sotirian Democracy (centre-right and right), the Slirnian Democratic Centre (centre and centre-right) and the Social Democratic Party (left and centre-left).
