The Principality of Charleston is PyeMcGowan’s oldest and most populous Principality, as well as having the highest gdp, all while being the smallest. The Principality was founded in 1489, only a few years after the City was founded as the royal seat of government, and as lands were being given away as other Principalities, The Royal Family began investing as much as they could into the land they Directly controlled, making them still powerful. The Principality has long been a world wide example of resisting the extreme and over the past century, below freezing weather has become very uncommon, with below freezing temperatures only happening in early January and late December.
