The High Commission of Satavia in Patrick's Town is the diplomatic mission of Satavia in the Patrick Islands. The Patrick Islands (Naua Roa) are an associated state of Satavia; consequently, have a High Commission instead of an embassy. The High Commission is the only diplomatic post in the Patrick Islands, due to the ongoing sovereignty dispute regarding the islands.

Since 2015, the High Commissioner has been Donald Wheely.
