Richard Harold Mipholis (born 25 September 1950), better known as Harry Mipholis is a Scalizagastian academic and economist who served as the President of Scalizagasti from 2007 to 2014. He served two terms as the President of Alesting University in Palyria, from 1993 to 2005.
