The D5 Developing States' Council is one of two executive subcommittees of the Super Ten Council of Nations, and is currently composed of 1 nation (and 5 in totality when all seats are filled) geared explicitly towards producing working answers to the problems faced by developing economies, including models of taxation on corporate interests, the necessity of trade imbalances and foreign market acquisitions, and the prevalence of government intervention to help direct and guide developing economies. Currently, as there is only one member state, there is no headquarters for the Council, although discussions on multiple locations - mostly being member states of the Super Ten Council of Nations - have been discussed.
