The Stridsvagn 131 is a main battle tank currently in development by Landrut Landsystemet GmbH and Kolb-Blomqvist AB for the Acrean Armed Forces. Currently, although accepted for service it primarily acts as a testbed for emerging technologies and new 130mm conventional tank guns in development, as the introduction of the Strv 126 has fulfilled the requirements that the Strv 131 would have otherwise been adopted to fulfill. However, it remains in active development and is being configured and adapted to suit evolving requirements. It entered limited service in 2020.
