The Oktobrisk Uprising was a campaign of the Imperial Civil War fought on the island colony of Oktobrisk in the North Europan Ocean in the winter of 1966 to 1967. Imperial and Germanan forces under the joint command of Romulus General Edward Doyle fought a three month battle against Leftist forces on Oktobrisk under the command of local Trade Union leader Matayev Ivanovich. The battle ended in a Leftist victory with heavy casualties on both sides but just under twenty thousand Imperial troops managed to escape on comandeered merchant ships to Germana.
