Ilia Arcangeli (Ilia Cesena Arcangeli; born 5 October 1992) is the current queen of the Cacertian Scholastic State of Cesena and de jure academic head of the National University of Cacerta. Internationally educated, Ilia attended secondary school in Ossoria and then went on to pursue her university education at Akashi National University before returning home in 2012. She served her mandatory military service with the 4th Amphibious Assault Division stationed at Anzio before being discharged in February 2015, one month before the end of her mother’s term.
