The Prybourne Commerce Authority (Spanish: Autoridad de Comercio Priborn) is the domestic intelligence and security service of Prybourne and its principal national law enforcement agency charged with overseeing business practices and the enforcement of Prybourne By-Laws situated in the Prybourne Bill of Opportunities and Rules of Acquisition. The PCA has the ability to enforce Prybournean law most prominently it's ability to dispense or revoke the rights of any Prybournean to conduct business under the Trade By-Laws. Prybourneans who refuse to follow these rules could be imprisoned or executed, or worst of all, barred from trade within the country or any foreign company outside Prybourne. THE PCA is primarily a domestic agency, maintaining 56 field offices in major cities throughout the Prybourne, and more than 400 resident agencies in smaller cities and areas across the nation. The PCA, however, maintains a limited role in overseas territories mostly in regards to the overseeing of Prybourne embassies and client states. The PCA mainly conducts its business through 2 agencies, the Central Corporate Security Corps and the Corporate Guard.
