The Corporate Guard (Spanish: Guardia Corporativa) is one of the two branched Law Enforcement services conducted under the Prybourne Commerce Authority. The national police services were dissolved in 1890 after the fall of the Canter Republic when the government too was dissolved. However the new Conglomerate saw use for a continued social law and order and contracted the Corporate Guard to enforce the law, to ensure the safety, health and possessions of citizens, and to prevent crime and civil disorder.
Current Role
A commission was established in late 1890 after the dissolution of the Canter forces, iniated by the acting Nagus Emiliano Fernán, concerning what would be done by the new Conglomerate. The commission outlined detailed guidelines for the desired system of police in Prybourne and defined the police as a Conglomerate entity to maintain order, enforce the law, and to prevent and detect crime.
