Enrico Bianci was a Zitassan political leader, military general, statesman, and a Founding Father of Zitasso. Born in Semini in 1786 (Renamed Bianci in 1835) a strong Zitassan nationalist he was arrested in 1804 for refusing to be conscripted into the armed forces of Avergnon and started a Zitassan independence group in 1808, which regularly robbed and attacked Avergnonian troops.

In 1822 he was at the Zitassan Independence Consiglio a meeting of Zitassan nationalists wishing for independence from Avergnon, it was there where the four founding fathers of Zitasso united to fight against Avergnon. These men became the first Quadrumvirate. He was the general of the army, among his most notable victories was at the Battle of the Gap where he met Avergnonian troops at the Lansfelsen gap, the only way through the mountains on the border, he succesfully repelled Avergnon and personally led 500 men around the mountains to hit them from behind.

In 1824 Zitasso negotiated peace with Avergnon and succesfully gained independence.
