Hoàng Thiện Minh (12 June 1898 – 17 February 1991) was a Quenminese soldier who became an operative in the Special Operations Executive's Crown Company. He is known to be one of the company's prolific snipers, which lead him to be called "Farshooter Minh." He is the great-grandfather of Imperial Crisis veterans Hoàng Quang Minh, Hoàng Tuyến Kim and Austin Hoang.
Minh enlisted in the Imperial Quenminese Army, and fought in South Asianna. He then lived in exile in Texas, Concordia and the Soryu after participating in the Nationalist Protests, where he began to grow fond of its culture, even adapting their accent. He then enlisted in the Free Quenminese Army where he grew proficient with a M1903 GSR rifle, and then a Lena-Enfield. Afterwards, he was transferred to Special Operations Executive's Crown Company after his sniping skills were noticed by Captain Tô Gia Nghị. After the Second Europan War, he served in the nascent Royal and Imperial Quenminese Ground Force, fighting in the War of Lorican Aggression, except for the Taoyuanese Civil War.
