The Morridane sovereign (symbol: S; ISO code: MDS), commonly known as the sovereign, is the official currency of the Commonwealth of Morrdh. It is subdivided into 100 farthings (singular: farthing, abbreviated: f). It is the successor currency of the Mordentish sovereign, the currency of the former Kingdom of Mordent prior to the seat of power being relocated to Morrdh in 1834.
