Meretica

Meretica, also known as the Great Atlantic Empire, is a political union of states across Europe and North America that are led by President Roy Davis and King Vilnius Dragonheart the Fifteenth. Meretica is allied with Southeast Marajarbia, South Olpen, France, and other nations. Meretica has led the Pact of Ribbos and Steel (defunct), the World Treaty Alliance (defunct), and the Stalwart Syndicate (active). Meretica is also a former member of NATO. Meretica is working with other nations to establish the Global Alliance.

Presidents of Meretica in the 21st Century include Margaret Channing, Noctis Graycloak, Angus Finch, Wynnefreed Brampton, Dorothy Winthrop, Freedom Williams, Rachel Ross, and Michelle Campbell. Of this group, all but one (Ross) was a member of either the Labour Party or the Liberal Party or the Loyal Fedrilican Party, one (Finch) was trans, one (Graycloak) was a man, the rest were women, and all but two (Brampton and Graycloak) served in the 2020s as a Seantor.

Monarchs in Meretica in the 21st Century include King Michael the Second and his granddaughter, Queen Sinestra the Great. Both were Lyal Fedrilicans.
