Nicolas Bertrand D'Arixomage, commonly known as Bertrand Arixomage or Shèng Chìyā ( 勝熾鴉 ) was a Blaykish Perendist missionary active in Huran between 1750 and his death twenty-one years later. He is best known for his role in assisting the Prince of Tan to establish the Tan Dynasty by promoting his cause at the international while also financing the recruitment of foreign mercenaries and Blayko-Principean adventurers from across the Blaykish colonial empire. While he still lived, he became the un-official leader of all Principeans and was one of the closest confidents of the Prince of Tan.

His presence alongside the future King of Tan did not distract Bertrand Arixomage from his original mission : through his work at the Tan Court, he obtained the right to proselytize freely and to establish as many churches as he wished. Even though he died before the final victory of the Tan over the Hong Dynasty, he had laid the groundwork for Perendism to take root in Huran and for his successors to continue his work.
