Air Marshal Dame Bethany Webster (née McIntyre), DCGO, CG, CSC, NSC, CStJ, KHS, FRCS, is a senior officer of the Royal Gallambrian Air Force, and is the current Director Defence Health Services. She is also the first female RGAF officer to have obtained the rank of Air Vice Marshal.

Service Career

Educated at Regent's College Bromwich, Webster joined the RGAF in 1987. After a career in military medicine, she became Director of the Air Force Institute of Aviation Medicine in 2009. Following deployment as commander of Joint Medical Services on regional stability operations around Marenesia, she became head of the RGAF Medical Services in 2014 and Air Officer Commanding Support Command in 2018. Following the retirement of Major General Major General Allan Keeling-Phelps in 2020, Webster was appointed Director Defence Health Services at Headquarters Defence Medical Services.
