The Capital Region Special High-Speed Passenger Rail Network is a network of bullet train lines connecting the Capital Region of Songguo, particularly the two main metropolitan areas that are within or partially within it- Dongjing and Tianjing. It was originally built after the 6-6 Crisis and its construction accelerated and expanded in anticipation of the 1989 Tianjing International Exhibition. The network's first-generation lines and stations were completed by early 1989, and it saw expansions in the mid-2000s.
