The Andrea Doria-class is a class of steam-powered battleship in service with the Cacertian Royal Navy and several other foreign fleets.
Although relatively expensive to maintain as operational fleet units, the Andrea Doria-class battleships would remain on active duty well into the present-day. The last few decades saw several massive refit programs in order to keep the battleships on modern-day standards. Despite the creation of the Queen Anelyn-class, the Andrea Doria battleships are expected to remain in service for the next few decades.
