Victoria Amelia Hampton-Chavez (born 6 March 1989) is an American contralto, socialite and heiress to fortune of her late maternal grandmother Amelia Vega Hayes, a secret millionaire; and the heiress to the fortune of her father, tech magnate Alon Hampton. She has frequently been seen with her father and a figure in socialite circles as the daughter of a millionaire.

In 2008, Hampton spontaneously dated William Hochul III, the son of New York governor Kathy Hochul. They met at a party in New York City and secretly married. The marriage was annulled a month later.
Hampton-Chavez is the stepdaughter of Kerstin Emhoff, the ex-wife of the second gentleman of the United States, Doug Emhoff. She has two step siblings, Cole and Ella Emhoff, who are members of the second family of the United States as the stepchildren of Vice President Kamala Emhoff. Hampton-Chavez has a half-sister from an affair her father had with Kimberly Gilfoyle Trump.
