The Republic of Selle (République de Selle), more commonly referred to as Selle, is a landlocked and mountainous nation in central Euronia bordered by Paraboca to the west, East Chanchajilla and Avergnon to the south, Arenacia to the east, and Koblec to the north. It is sparsely populated and has a population of 1,287,400, most of whom are centralized in the capital city of Taravo. Selle is a sovereign state with a parliamentary system. Its institutional organization is complex and is structured on both regional and linguistic grounds, stemming from decades of international intervention to curb sectarian disputes and unrest. The current Prime Minister of Selle is Belle Amsterlane.

Selle is home to two main linguistic communities: the French-speaking Sellean Community, which constitutes about 60 percent of the population, and the Spanish-speaking Community, which constitutes about 35 percent of the population. The remaining 5% speak mainly English. Much of the country is mountainous, consisting of some of the highest peaks in Euronia.

Selle is considered a developing nation with moderate standards of living, quality of life, healthcare, and education. It struggles with frequent political disputes and fractioning that results in widespread demonstration and protest, and the country suffers from the impacts of the Euronian drug trade. Drug cartels are heavily present throughout the rural areas of the country, and Selle consequently is often ranked as one of the most dangerous countries for tourists in Euronia.
