Jinglü (淨綠) is the Hongxite Heralder of the North. He is one of the central figures of the Frozen Forests Era and one of the leaders of the User:Benrey/Sandbox:The Frozen Forests/Yellow River Uprising and later in the User:Benrey/Sandbox:The Frozen Forests/Baiwang Shiqi. Jinglü is the Heralder of the Nine Stars, in which he is one of the few who can conjure all types of Shu, including Star Shu.
