Jinglü (淨綠) is the Hongxite Heralder of the North. He is one of the central figures of the Frozen Forests Era and one of the leaders of the Yellow River Uprising and later in the Baiwang Shiqi. Jinglü is the Heralder of the Nine Stars, in which he is one of the few who can conjure all types of Shu, including Star Shu.
