The flag of Acrea consists of a fimbriated blue Nordic cross within a white cross flanked by a red field, with the Asuryan cross in yellow or gold set in a blue field at the junction of the crosses. The design of the cross incorporates Acrea's two primary historical flags together: the blue and yellow flag of Greater Götland, and the red and white flag of Daneland. The three crowns which flank the Acrean lion represent the three archduchies that comprise modern Acrea: Daneland, Gothaland, and Venetia. The white and blue also serves to represent the region of Åland, in Acrea's far north. Another variant utilising the axe, lion, and crowns traditionally used for the Acrean Armed Forces and present on the coat of arms is also frequently used.
