The Besmenian Space Agency' (Besmenian: Besmenische Agentur für Luft- und Raumfahrt); BALR, is the national space agency of Besmenia. Its task is to promote the Besmenian space industry, plan and coordinate the Besmenian space program and represent it to other space organizations. The BALR reports to the Federal Ministry for Education and Science.
