Camila Serrano (born March 22, 1982, Camila Macedo Serrano) is a Quetanan activist and politician who resides and works in Alecburgh. Serrano is known for strong opinions against patriarchy, is an outspoken supporter of abortion and LGBTQ+ rights, and is an extreme supporter of Queen Diana.
Camila moved from Quetana in 2003, and once she arrived she made an impact by becoming Representative of the 2nd District in Kynnshire.

Although she has lived in Alecburgh since 2003, and has never revisited her home nation of Quetana, Camila Serrano has never applied for Alecburghish citizenship.
Camila Serrano was raped in 2002 in Tedura, and would have an abortion in Alecburgh where it is legal up to the second trimester or in cases threatening the mother's health. Since then, she has supported Alecburgh's right to abortion.
Camila Serrano was in a relationship with Daniel Vargas, a Quetanan born, Alecburghish middle school teacher from April 2004 until June 2008. In July of the same year, she announced that she was bisexual.
In 2017, Serrano spoke about how speaking Quoti and only a limited amount of English drastically "stoppped her progress in Alecburghish politics".
Since 2021, Serrano has been in a relationship with Representative of the 9th District of Hendreya, Maya Verne.
