Isla Pass (born October 18, 1978, Isla Deanne Pass-Mendoza) is an Alecburghish politician who served as the Prime Minister of Alecburgh from November 8, 2005 until her resignation on April 6, 2007 after the Jason Graham Scandal. She was elected Prime Minister following the 2005 Alecburghish Nation Election, beating incumbent Prime Minister, Donovan Zareni. Isla Pass was the first female Prime Minister, the first of Hispanic descent, the first to be born in Isla de Rodriguez, and the first to have their first language not be English.

Jason Graham Scandal
On March 25, 2007, Jason Graham, an assistant to Isla Pass, announced to the public, via Owler, that he was sent unsolicited nude pictures from the prime minister herself. He would go on to say that the pictures were sent in October of 2006, and he kept it to himself because he felt 'embarrassed that the prime minister would do such a thing'. Two weeks later, the scandal blew up into an international cover story, leading to Isla Pass to resign to "not tarnish the Alecburghish spirit...' and she went on to proclaim that she 'didn't send those pictures."
In July of 2008, the Alecburghish Bureau of Intelligence announced that Isla Pass never sent photos to Graham through any form of communication includes text, Owler, AllVidz, or email.
Governor of Isla de Rodriguez
In July of 2014, Isla Pass was elected as Governor of Isla de Rodriguez, in a landslide victory where she gained over 88% of the island's votes.
On May 1, 2016, Isla Pass would officially remove English as an official language on Isla de Rodriguez. She would go onto say: "Alecburgh has always seen the best in us, but it is high-time to remove the colonizers language from our lands." This would make Isla de Rodriguez the first place in Adula to have only the language of Spanish be the official language.
On May 1, 2017, Isla Pass would sign the 'Ley de Expulsión de Inglés (English Removal Act)'. This act would remove English from street signs, billboards, and places of worship. Highlighted in the act, only airports, bus and train stations, and harbors were required to keep English as well as Spanish.
On October 1, 2017, Isla Pass designated the brand new bridge crossing El Rio de Gatos as the Zachary Tyler Bridge, in honor of the 35 Year Anniversary of the former-Prime Minister's death.
On December 12, 2021, the newly elected Prime Minister Pacifica Champlain-Kourtney traveled to Isla de Rodriguez and began a multi-day meeting with Pass. They would hold three private sessions each day in Pass' private residence before having a public forum on December 15, where Pass and C.K. were asked questions pertaining to being a Prime Minister and women roles in government. A strong ban on questions about the Death of Malcolm Champlain-Kourtney and the Jason Graham Scandal were applied to the forum.
