Timiskrane, officially the Federation of Timiskrane is a nation on North Laurentia and member state of the Telrovan Union and Locotimian Commonwealth. It is bordered by Atredies to the west, The Seventh German Reich to the south, and the Arctic Ocean on both east and west. It's capital city of Sudbury is also it's most populous if the greater Sudbury region is included. Port Manatoulin has the largest metropolitan area. The official language of government is English, though the government does recognize and award special minority language status to the traditional languages of Joual and Acadan native to the region. The country terrain is filled with hills and small mountains, and the soil is generally rocky and acidic, the exception being the southmost region and the Iron Valley region, which are the only areas of the country where agriculture is viable. The Northmost end of the country flattens out as it fades into tundra. It is also noted for it's 3 large lakes in the north region. The largest, North lake, and the two smaller Kirkland Lake and Panache Lake.
The Nation was once a former colony of Locotimia by the name of Angrosia which fell appart after independance. There had previously been several both internal and external attempts to unify and govern the region, but most met with failure do to the difficult geography that made it difficult to maintain unity. An attempt at federation had been discussed since as early as 2017 but it took until the 21st of January 2019 when the various local governments of the region signed the Act of Federation to establish the Nation.
It remains a nation largely dependant on natural resource extraction, though a significant arms manufacturing and tourism industry has begun to develop. The nation operates on a system similar to market socialism or libertarian socialism, where free markets, capital, and private ownership are allowed, but wealth is heavily redistributed through a system of punitive progressive taxes and very extensive welfare programs. The nation is very educated, with elementary to postsecondary studies completely government funded, but lags behind where it would be expected to be in terms of HDI simply because of it's comparatively low wages.
History
Colonisation
Colonial Era Developpment
Locotima carried out an aggressive policy of industrialization and development in the region. Mainly due to it's rich natural resources, which the royal family desired more efficient extraction. Roads were built, mines were opened, and migrant workers flooded the area. This alone was not a bad development, as the increased GDP allowed the Angrosian standard of living to be raised drastically. Still geography remained Angrosia's biggest challenge, many of these mining and forestry settlements were far inland, and even the migrant workers began feeling more solidarity with one another. Many realized, correctly, that the Locotimian colonial authorities simply did not have the resources to patrol, let alone investigate, the entire country. While port and trade settlements remained extremely loyal to Locotima, the interior became more and more of a wild west as people realized that the laws didn't need to apply to them, because in 90% of the cases, the authorities simply would not come. Local militias were established, off the books mining operations, even cases of workers hiding money in caves they had mapped out, so they didn't have to pay taxes. Locotima tried several times to send in the military, but they couldn't out manoeuvre the locals, whose knowledge of the land made them one step ahead. Locotima tried to create local battalions known as the Angrosian army, but they were often simply paid off by the locals to not enforce laws, or simply conspired to pretend to while engaging in the illegal conduct themselves.
Semi-Autonomous Era
Queen Victoria had a problem. Law enforcement and administration within the colony of Angrosia were abysmal, and costing a fortune. At the same time, much of the Locotimian elite feared losing Angrosia, as the resource rich colony was a major source of profit for the empire. It had even become known as the "Diamond of Locotima", not because of it's particular beauty but because of the amount of metals and jewels extracted from the region. As such, Queen Victoria established a compromise. On June 18th 1947, Queen Victoria by royal decree, awarded the colonial government of Angrosia internal independence. They would hold have an elected legislature, pass and enforce their own laws, manage their own affairs. In exchange, Angrosia would continue to recognize the Locotmian monarch as head of state, allow them rights to extract the natural resources, allow them full access to Angrosian ports, allow them to construct and maintain military bases on Angrosian territory, and manage Angrosia's foreign relations and external trade. Victoria hopped that this compromise would prevent and escalation of civil disobedience into a full scale rebellion, thus securing the economic interests of the empire while removing the large headache of managing the territory. The one exception was Manatoulin. Manatoulin was too important of a territory to risk losing, as such Manatoulin was carved out into its own territory still directly administered by Locotima and the royal family. Locals were largely satisfied and agreed to cooperate with the new government. Angrosia saw even more development, especially into the interior, as the Subury region became a thriving hub of economy and developpment. However, the new government inherited many problems Locotima had managing the territory, being it was poorly mapped, poorly connected, difficult to travel and largley uninhabited and hostile. These issues did not appear initially because the large economic growth, paired with military support from Locotima and general good faith in the new government, covered up these issues and prevented them from leading to run-off issues. This, however, would not be sustainable forever.
Independant Angrosia and Collapse
When King George II took the throne, he saw very little reason to continue to support Angrosia militarily. According to him, and many thinkers at the time, there was no point as Angrosia could manage itself, therefore it should fully manage itself. This doctrine was popular in Angrosia itself, many merchants were happy to begin exporting to other markets other than Locotima, and therefore, on June 18th 1988, especially chosen to be the same day as Angrosia's initial independence, Angrosia became a fully autonomous constitutional monarchy with King George at it's head. Unwittingly, the removal of direct support from Locotima created a chain reaction which began to spiral and crack the foundations of the new state. First, Angrosia had no reason to be, it was geographically isolating and contained several diffrent sub-communitites with distinct cultures. Basically, had Angrosia not been unified by and outside force, Angrosia would have never existed. Even Angrosia itself was not a name much of the populace identified with, as it was am exonym given by the colonists. But the colonists were now gone, and there was not a lot of reason to go on this way. After all, without a national identity, the need of a strong military to enforce unity was essential. And while Angrosia never had the former, with support of Locotima removed, it certainly never had the latter. In addition, Angrosia's unelected senate, appointed by the King, was causing a lot of political frustration amongst the populace. On top of this, it just so happened, that in an unfortunate coincidence, much of the population was becoming increasingly frustrated with the wealthy class, due to poor wages and working conditions, and mines were on strike more often than they were operating. On May 17th, 1994, all these internal struggles came to a head, and Kirkland declared itself an independent region. The military was sent in, but they were unprepared for what they were met with, a full scale demonstration against the Angrosian government, millions strong. When a stressed soldier got anxious and fired a live round into the crowd, outrage swept the country, and pretty soon the entire country was being torn apart by secessionist regions. The central Angrosian government could not even begin to try to recapture all these regions or inforce their rule, and Locotima was too afraid intervention would make things worse and draw international condemnation. The Angrosian government carried on in a zombified state for a few years before finally declaring it had lost total control, and was dissolving, effective immediately. Angrosia was no more.
Anarchy and a Pathway to Reunification
For almost two decades, the region was divided up into many entities, some claiming to be republics, socialist republics, communes, etc. Some occasionally fought skirmishes with each other with weapons acquired on the black market, but largely they coexisted, though none got any international recognition. Many people of the region believed that the region could not be unified and was best governed separated like this. However, the system would begin to show its flaws as isolated and unrecognized, trade became difficult, and HDI plummeted. By 2008 there were already some who were whispering about re-unification, but it would take an extremely strong nation narrative and a lot of willpower to actually be able to pull it off.
The Act of Federation
The idea of Timiskranean Nationalism can largely be associated to one man, Robert Laurier. In the early 21st century Timiskrane did not yet exist as a concept in most people's minds, who still thought of the region through it's various communities and regions. In his book Beyond the Copper Belt, he advocates for an political union of the region. He argued, that the region had a strong shared history, not just because of shared colonisation, but in history prior to it, and it was the duty of all citizens of the region to help each other and build anew, this time with a political system built by them, not imposed on to them. The populous latched on to this narrative, and it became and the desire for a unified regional federation grew. There was some apprehension, as previous attempts had failed, but Fred Marleau believed that the time was right. He founded an organization known as the Timiskranean National Front, it's name being a portmanteau of several important communities in the region. The organization drafted The Article of Federation, which would become the founding document of Timiskrane and effectively it's first constitution. In 2015 they began the task of going every town and every individual community in order to collect their signature and admit them into the Federation. One of the biggest points of contention was if Manatoulin would or should join. Historically it was part of Angrosia but was carved out from it and made independent for over almost a century. In the end, all signatures were collected, including that of the Manatoulins, who many believed would not desire to join due to their individual economic prosperity, but after much negotiation, The Manatoulins agreed to the proposal. The Article came into effect on January 21st 2019, marking the birth of Timiskrane as a nation.
Post-Unification
First Election and Liberal leadership
The Liberal Party won a plurality in the first election. The legislature was very divided and rather than forming a coalition, the Liberals chose to govern as a minority government, so they could negotiate with any party they see fit. Most parties agreed to this arrangement, and James Firth was confirmed as Timiskrane's first Prime Minister. Firth's term was plagued by financial mismanagement, including the extremely controversial and expensive fighter development program. Misguided policies which stifled business plunged the economy into a recession, though by 2023 the economy had begun to recover, and the programs eventually bore fruit, Firth became an immensely detested figure for most of Timiskrane.
Telrovan Union Membership
During the second federal election, Timiskrane's official stance as a strictly neutral nation was contested, with several parties supporting an end to this policy, with the pro-TU vote rallying around the National Government and The Progress party. The National Government won the election, but Progress Party leader Glen Mairs ended up as Prime Minister thanks to a coalition with the Commonwealth Association. TU membership was not initally supported by Commonwealth and ended up a large subject of debate during the negotiations, but it was concede that Timiskrane would join. It became a member state on June 10th 2025.
Geography
Small mountains and lakes cover most of Timiskrane's territory, with most of the population squished into the few habitable lowlands between them. The land does flatten out into more rolling hills and agriculturally rich soil to the south, and tundra in the north. In the high altitude areas, glaciers and ice fields are common.
Biodiversity
Timiskrane's environment most consists of boreal forests. The often acidic and rocky soil means most plants that grow in Tmiskrane are various types of evergreen trees, berry bushes, and ferns. Most animal life in Timiskrane consists of small animals, as that is all the ecosystem is capable of supporting, though it does have a few larger predators, most notably the polar bear and the arctic wolf. Timiskrane's rivers and lakes are fairly uninhabited due to them being glacier fed and very cold. However there are still several species of cold water fish and crustaceans that make it their home.
Climate
Average temperatures across Timiskrane depend mostly on altitude, with proximity to the ocean being a secondary factor. Mount Albert is the highest point in Timiskrane, and is also typically the coldest with summertime highs of -4 °C and lows of -47 °C. Meanwhile Manatoulin island, due to being surrounded by ocean and it's proximity to warm ocean and air currents, has the mildest temperatures, which usually range from 21 °C to -8 °C. The hottest temperature ever recorded in Timiskrane since it's founding was 27 °C while the lowest was -53 °C.
Government and Politics
Democracy
Timiskrane is governed by a Unicameral assembly known as The Timiskrane National Legislature. It is comprised of 220 seats elected via a system of mixed member proportional representation. 110 seats are allocated to ridings and elected via first-past-the-post, with the remaining 110 divided among the 9 regions based on population and are attributed proportionally based on the regional popular vote. Timiskrane politics tend to be skewed towards the left axis, with a longstanding philosophy of free market socialism. Ideals like egalitarianism and left-wing nationalism also play a big role. The head of the government is the Prime Minister, who is the leader of the party or coalition which holds the largest plurality. The Prime Minister is free to appoint any member of the legislature to the role of Deputy Prime Minister and the various cabinet roles, though they usually come from his own party. The leader of the party or coalition with the second largest plurality becomes the Leader of the Opposition, and may similarly appoint a Deputy Leader of Opposition and Critic's Cabinet. Any member may theoretically propose a bill, though most parties dictate that the bill must be proposed and agreed upon by the caucus before it's presented to the floor. The bill can be read, debated, and modified as many times as the original proposer would like, until he either decides to retract the bill or request a vote. Once a vote is to be held, the bill passes if it receives a 50% plus one votes (so in the current structure of the legislature, it would take 111 votes to pass a bill). The most prominent Federal party is the Liberal Party, which has centrism, moderate politics, and compromise as its core values. They seek social progress, a moderately regulated economy, and a strong welfare state. The National Government and the Progress Party are also parties of major influence, which sit to the right and left of the Liberals respectively. The National Government is descended from the Timiskranean National Front, and is economically and socially balanced, while maintaining strong values of nationalism and militarism. The Progress Party sits to the Liberals left, and position themselves, as the more progressive, more left wing version of the Liberals who will stick to their values instead of compromising. They are also more libertarian then the Liberals. They have been responsible for things like the advancement of LGBT+ rights and environmental protections by brokering power during negotiations. There are also 3 more minor parties represented in government. The Commonwealth Association, which is communist, in addition to advocating for strict secularism, but is otherwise similar to the Progress Party, Society's Alliance, a fringe right wing populist party which centers themselves around values of market deregulation and lower taxes, but also advocates for more socially traditionalistic values, and United Farmers, which is a special interest party for the agricultural and rural regions of the nation. Certain responsibilities, like transport and and waste management, are handled by local authorities, like regional and municipal governments. However, the government is unitairy and the lower levels of government have no autonomy. Federal law can overule any regional or municipal law at any time.
Seat Distribution
There are two types of seats, urban and rural. Urban seats make up 85% of the seats (despite making up 89% of the population) and are named via the nomenclature of "City Name - Riding Name". Rural seats are named "Region Name - Riding Name". A few small changes are occasionally made. Rural ridings in the region of The North use "North" as a prefix instead of "The North", ridings in rural Greater Sudbury use the "Greater" prefix in order to avoid confusion with urban Sudbury ridings, and ridings in Port Manatoulin use the "Port" prefix to avoid confusion with the rural ridings of Manatoulin and Islands who use the "Manatoulin" prefix.

2nd | 2025 | James Firth had become incredibly unpopular and many experts predicted the anti-Firth vote would coalesce around a single party. However, instead 3 parties split the remains of the destroyed Liberal Party amongst themselves. While The National Government double it's seat count to achieve plurality, Glen Mairs, leader of The Progress Party was able to form government by negotiating a power sharing coalition agreement with Layton Jackson and his Commonwealth Association. Former Liberal MNL Micheal May, who dropped his party affiliation mid campaign and was re-elected as an independent, was als invited to caucus with the coalition. James Firth resigned 4 days after the election. | 59 | 84 | 54 | 14 | 5 | 3 | 1 | 220 |
Law
Timiskranean courts operate under the principles of Common Law, wherein a judges interpretation of the law must not only be based on the text of the law, but previous rulings and decisions in "precedent setting cases". This also means it is a valid legal defence in Timiskrane to argue that a law under which a person is being tried is "not in active enforcement". The highest court is the Timiskrane Supreme Court, which consists of 7 justices, who are suggested by the Prime Minister but must be approved by a majority plus one vote in the National Legislature. Justices cannot be removed by the government once appointed, as they must operate independently from the legislature and political interests. They serve for life until the mandatory retirement age of 70, though they may resign before then, if they so choose. The Timiskranean constitution contains The Act on Essential Rights and Freedoms which guarantees essential human rights and protections from the government, though it does also contain the infamous Emergency Measures Clause which allows for the government to temporarily violate these rights and protections by declaring a state of emergency. However the suspension of the act must be temporary and the emergency declaration may not last longer then 365 days. Modifying the constitution requires 70% of the votes (154) and the measure must then be submitted to a referendum before it is accepted.
Economy
Major Industries
Timiskrane's economy has been dominated by natural resource extraction. It's geologically rich soil has made mining companies like Dynamic Earth incredibly prolific. A variety of minerals including Iron, Copper, Nickel, Aluminum, Silicone and more are mined in Timiskrane's interior. Tree farming also takes place, providing wood for construction both locally and aborad. Tourism is also a major driver of the Timiskranean economy, Timiskrane's parks attract thousands of annual visitors, but the most popular location is the incredibly tourist oriented Manatoulin Island, home of luxury resorts and vacation homes. A variety of arms manufacturers are based in Timiskrane, companies like Tekka Rifles, Devtek, BMP and ELTIM make up a significant amount of Timiskrane's economy.
Trade
Timiskrane's largest trading partners in terms of trade value are Nibelia, Locotima, Oktadonia and Pervincia. Timiskrane's major exports include minerals and wood, while major imports include oil, petrochemicals and plastics, pharmaceuticals and furniture.
Demographics
Population
Timiskrane's census reported a population of 64 972 061 people in 2023, of which 96.3% were citizens. The most populous region is Sudbury Metropolitan, with nearly 13 Million people, and it is also the most densely populated. Meanwhile, the least populous is The North, with only about 5 million. The median age is 34,5. First generation immigrants account for approximately 8% of Timiskrane's population, most of which live in one of the largest cities. Multi-generational households are common, with around 27% of majors (18+) living with one or both parents.
Ethnicities
The dominant ethnicity is Laurentian, with 72% of Timiskrane's population belonging to that group. Around 19% of the population is Locotimian, owing to the region's colonial history with Locotima, however even today, immigrants from Locotima continue to arrive. Around 5.4% belong to a group known as the Locolaurentians, created by interracial marriages between Laurentians and Locotimians during the colonial era, they have developped their own unique culture and have become a distinct ethnic identity within Timiskrane in their own right. The remaining 3.4% belong to other ethnic minorities, most of which immigrated in the 80s, or in the past 5 years.
The largest sources of Timiskranean immigration were Locotima, Charville, Daraln and Nibelia
Culture
Timiskranean culture is largely derived from Locotimian culture brought over during the colonization, though it has blended significantly with local traditions. Due to its geography and history, it features a very high level of regional variation, with numerous local subcultures with unique traditions. One of the biggest values present throughout Timiskrane, attributable largely to the nation's birthing at a time of protests over inequality, is that of a "just society", the belief that people and society should strive to always be as fair as possible to all the parties. Sexual liberalism is held as a pillar of Timiskranean society, and as a result, people of all gender and sexuality minorities are embraced in Timiskrane. Another core principle largely influenced by the nation's history is the philosophical harm principle, which states that it is only just for a state to intervene if one is harming others, otherwise one should be free to act as they wish. This has resulted in a culture of frequent drug use and gun ownership in Timiskrane. Timiskranean humour is frequently characterized by dry humour, satire and wordplay.
Dress
Traditional Agrosian/Timiskranean attire consists of wool clothing, usually tartan. It is tradition to have four colours of tartan, and rotate through them with the seasons: gold in the spring, green in the summer, red in the fall and brown in the winter. In a modern setting, the tartan has been relegated to formal and traditional settings only.
Literature
Joual and Acadan were traditionally only spoken languages, and very little written works in either language existed prior to Locotimian colonization. When English became common, so did literature. Early Agrosian authors largely continued the literary traditions of Locotima. Angrosian literature began to develop its own traditions as a unique offshoot of Locotimian literature, largely interested in tales of exploration, frontier life, and survival. As Joual and Acadan were given their own writing systems, some authors began to write stories in these languages as well. To this day, novels centring around mystery, suspense and/or survival are some of the most popular and most written in Timiskrane.
Media
While Timiskrane does have a national broadcaster, Timiskrane Broadcasting Service (TBS), it is a fairly recent invention, and due to the county's largely lawless and anarchist history, it does also have a strong tradition of uncensored autonomous private media. The right to media and independent press is guaranteed in Timiskrane's constitution, the TBS exists simply to "provide media acess to remote communities who may not otherwise be served by private firms, while enriching and amplifing the diverse cultural landscape of Timiskrane". The TBS operates 5 radio stations, 3 TV channels and 1 printed newspaper, which are all provided to the Timiskranean public free of charge. There are otherwise about 4 major private broadcasting companies operating radio and TV across the countries, but only 1 major private newspaper.
Holidays
In addition to celebrating almost all of the traditional Locotimian holidays, Timiskranean statutory holidays include: Day of Federation, on January 21st celebrating the signing of the act of federation, Carnaval day, which is officially the second Friday in February but traditionally the carnival lasts the whole week, and features a variety of partying, parades and street attractions, the Day of Independence, on June 18th when Timiskrane's predecessor Angrosia was first given independence from the Locotimian Empire, and Day of Passing on September 20th, a traditional celebration in which the dead are honoured. Election day, June 4th every 4 years, is a holiday in order to facilitate voting and increase turnout. Christmas celebrations in Timiskrane usually begin on December 1st, and go all the way to the 25th. Timiskrane also typically observes, but is not given holidays for: Mother's Day, Father's Day, Pride Month, World Environment Day and Litteracy Day.
Sports
Timiskrane's official sport is speed skating, which is has been practised in the region since the 1920s. Downhill skiingn is also an important sport thanks the the nations geography and weather. The country is home to more then 30 ski hills. Other popular sports include: Canoe, Hockey, Curling, Cross-County Skiing, Mountain Biking, Swimming, Football and Figure Skating.
Militairy
Timiskrane is a member state of the Telrovan Union and is therefore required to abide by it's standardisation norms in terms of military equipment, training, and procedure. The armed forces of Timiskrane operate under a joint command, The Timiskrane Defence Force. Timiskrane spends approximately 10% of it's governmental revenue on the TDF. The desire for Timiskrane to have a large militairy is still largley fueled by fear of encroachment a need to internationally assert it's sovereignty. All Timiskranean youth are required at 18 to spend 24 months in National Service. The requirement was previously 36 months but was slashed by 6months by the Liberals, and again by another 6 months by progress when they came to power. The National Service does not necesarily need to be with the TDF (though it usually is). The requirements set out for the National Service are as follows:
- The person is employed by the government
- The person is doing work that benefits the security and prosperity nation as a whole
- The person shall be allowed to live on government property at no charge during this time
The National Service office screens all youth for their physical fitness and mental health, afterwards assigning them their placement. Every year the top 5% of highschool graduates in terms of grades and the top 1% in terms of performance on the physical fitness test are instead given a list of options for them to pick, known as the Honours Choice Initiative. Youth in the Honours Program also get the ability to request specialised placements, which require them getting a university degree first, and then return to accomplish their service. Placements are usually within the TDF but a certain number of placements exist in other areas, like with the Timiskranean Intelligence and Cyber Warfare department (TICW), Timiskrane Park Rangers, Build Timiskrane, Timiskrane Search and Rescue, Timiskrane Arms Development Bureau and Timiskrane Aerospace Control. Persons who have severe mental or physical disabilities may apply to be exempt from the service.

Foreign Relations
Adalwulf: Both Nations were members of the Telrovan Union, but Adalwulf has since left the alliance. Relations were rocky but both have committed to continued cooperation. They have signed an agreement of scientific cooperation.
AusValia: Both Nations are members of the Telrovan Union military alliance. Timiskrane has sent natural disaster aid to AusValia, and has said they would be open to doing so again in the future if necessary.
Charville: The nation shares Timiskrane's northern border, and a small amount of trade and immigration does cross it, though the border is fairly depopulated on Timiskrane's side. Timiskrane has installed many military bases near the border due to fears of Charvillean encroachment, but relations have been normal, largely thanks to Telrovan Union and United Federation of Telrova relations being peaceful. On July 8th 2025 the governments signed an agreement allowing 100 days of visa free acess to each others countries for their respective citizens. Alon with this, Operation ARCTIC EDGE has been significantly reduced.
Daraln: Timiskrane's study abroad program attracts a large amount of Daralnian students to the country. The two countries have an agreement signed that makes it easier for Daralnians to get student visas in Timiskrane.
Fleet of Oceans: Timiskrane maintains an unfriendly view of the Fleetians due to perceived attempts to steal potential allies and general international interventionism at the disregard for TU wishes.
Fendiralia: In response to war between Fendiralia and Fleet of Oceans, Timiskrane chose to withdraw its recognition of foreign occupied territories, and recognize instead the entirety of the region as rightfully belonging to the republic.
Hoerje: After the may 5th coup, Timiskrane initially refused to recognize the Tsenshirists and recognized the government in exile by de-facto, however on June 20th 2025, Timiskrane withdrew from all formal relations with the government in exile. Currently Timiskrane recognizes neither state, though this position is highly debated both in the legislature and amongst the public.
Locotima: Timiskrane is the successor to Angrosia, a former colony of Locotima. Despite no longer using the colonial exonym, or recognizing the Locotimian monarch as head of state, the two nations have remained extremley close, with the royal family frequently visiting the country, and them remaining major trading partners. To this day, Locotima is still Timiskrane's largest trading partner, and officially requested to join the Locotimian Commonwealth in 2022. Both nations are members of the Telrovan Union.
Nibelia: Nibelia exported a large amount of arms to the region during the anarchy period. Immigration and trade remains relativley high due to geographical proximity. The two nations remain on informal good terms.
Oktadonia: Timiskane purchases a large amount of goods, including weapons from Oktadonia. They consider their nations to be friends. Timiskrane unofficially backs Le Gall in the civil war, providing intelligence and severely discounted weapons.
Pervincia: Both Nations are members of the Telrovan Union. Pervincia is a major trading partner and source for Timiskrane. Timiskrane purchases Pervincian made submarines for the naval branch of the TDF.
Tsanga: Timiskrane supports Locotima over the fleetian delegation dispute, where Tsanga is criticized for allowing Fleet of Oceans ships so close to Locotima's borders. Otherwise their view of the nation is quite neutral. Timiskrane approved an arms deal of 74 BMP Griffins to Tsanaga.
