Liberalism in Carucere originates from the political philosophy of Jean Préval, the founder of modern Carucere, and has maintained a strong foothold to this day. Liberalism in the country is primarily represented by the centre-left Liberal Party of Carucere, although other minor parties claim to be liberal. Liberalism in Carucere is a considered to be a fusion of liberal and socialist forces with an emphasis on secularism, agrarianism, and multiculturalism.
