The Pirate Dominion of Tortuka (Ramil: Ṭōrṭukāviṉ pairēṭ ṭomiṉiyaṉ) often referred to as the Pirate Dominion, was a medieval dictatorship along the Jasmine Sea run by pirates. Founded by pirate "Amy Spearheart"[1] following the collapse of the Lushanthan Empire in Kotowari.
