Marie-Agathe, Crown Princess of Autelia (Maria Agata Elisabetta Elena Amalia Romana; 2 June 1911 - 15 August 1946) was an Italian-born member of the Autelian royal family. She was the fifth child of King Victor Emmanuel III and Queen Elena of Italy.

In 1942, she married the heir to the Autelian throne, Alexander. They had one daughter, Marie-Claude.

Marie-Agathe was killed in a boating accident off the coast of Autelia in 1946, at the age of 35. Her husband later became King of Autelia.

She is the namesake of her great-granddaughter and present Queen of Autelia, Marie-Agathe.
